services general

We know our clients. The thing they want the most is a one-stop-shop PM company.
Over the years, our EDO management and team strove to realize that customer’s desire. We put together experienced, state-of-the-art engineers, subcontractors, and the most relevant set of skills and knowledge to present you with various services that would sail us through a successful project and lead to a prosperous business.

1. Architectural & engineering design

We are simplifying a complex process.

We, at EDO, have a deep understanding of the complexity of today’s manufacturing processes.
Multidisciplinary is a must when embarking on a new project since machinery, facility management, various materials, energy, and human resources will all take part in it.
We believe that at the core of every process architecture should be a desire to push an industry forward, offer new solutions, and raise the innovation flag.
EDO investigates and explores every procedure to design the best possible alternatives.
Architectural & engineering design input is a complex process, and the output features a simplified and optimal scheme of an optimized design to that same yet efficient enhanced process.
EDO provides its services to a variety of sectors facing different challenges, meeting their specific needs.
We support our customers in every step of the process: from R&D, production, and cleanroom establishing to piping, electricity, and through to logistics.
We think of our customers as partners, making their success and reaching their goal our joint accomplishment.

2. Management Services

On-site peace of mind - we have got back.

All businesses, plants, and manufacturers must have objectives and goals such as profit, sales, customer services goals, and business growth.
Every process taking place in a business should serve that goal or objective.
How would one know if that is the case?
Supervising a project calls for an overall look at processes. Each segment is mapped, from the vastest to the most detailed one.
The result is a road map with which you can spot the junctions and paths that the company should reserve, replace, better utilize, or shift.
EDO’s mission is to assist customers in fulfilling their potential via high-level meticulous planning. For that, we will need your flexibility, open mind, and willingness to implement actual changes.
Your goal is our command.

3. Construction management

We coordinate all resources.

Keywords: supervising, overlooking, overall look, start to finish.
The utmost priority in construction management is orchestrating contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and employees – we take every measure to help you reach your goals.
We take an overall look at the project while considering customer requirements and the most efficient way to meet them.
During construction management, we map and analyze the process from start to finish.
This analysis helps us improve costs, cut down on time, make no safety compromises, and make it to the finish line on time, with a project which most suits your objectives.
EDO team functions as your on-site extension, supervising the entire construction process, ensuring we turn over a project that fulfills customer requirements.

4. General/process piping

we are laying out the piping routes to your goal.

“Where there is a will, there is a way”.
The industrial implementation of this phrase is “Where there is a process, there is piping”.
EDO’s profound knowledge in the high tech, low tech, and pharmaceutical industry stands at the base of every piping system we design.
We ensure chemicals and materials are handled in the most suitable conditions and comply with global standards (FDA, EMA & cGMP).
Our team knows that materials have to make their way from A to B. High purity piping standards vary from low purity piping; their process design will also differ.
Since piping is a crucial system in a plant, as it has hazardous potential, we heavily consider it when advising customers and designing gas flow pipes.
Uncompromised customer safety, high-quality materials, and superior flow process are what we. At EDO, value the most.

5. HVAC, air duct & exhaust systems

We create the perfect environmental conditions for your safety.

Keywords: energy, ecology, sustainability, safety, standards.
HVAC (Heating, ventilation, air conditioning), air duct & exhaust systems are all means of protecting lives, as well as saving energy and reducing operating costs.
Every location on the plants and their weather condition calls for environmental control. HR should work in the most convenient possible conditions. Produce must be kept in high-quality conditions, so it is not damaged, making the HVAC system crucial for every plant procedure.
Establishing a cleanroom that meets ISO and FDA standards must include a suitable HVAC, air duct, and exhaust system.
Air duct helps us transfer heat from one space to another, controlling temperature and humidity, creating comfortable and safe environments for people, materials, machinery, and products according to standards and existing weather conditions. A great HVAC, air duct & exhaust system integrates heat, humidity, and gas level sensors and adjusts those levels to create an automated, safe, and productive workplace.

Electricity and power

We help you control your power

At EDO, we regard safety as a number one priority, which is why we start at the earliest point possible to check and validate each step of the way towards a wired, safe and secure electricity system and plant.
A modern plant can start a day’s work unless its electricity is intact. We use our vast experience and experts to map the plant’s plans on paper and in the minds of its management. Once we gather every piece of data, we use it to put together the electricity project – from indoor and outdoor lighting, high and low voltage, explosion-proof making sure these components comply with the most updated ISO.
Our electricity system projects start with planning and laying wires and nowadays are completed with automation and computer control for optimal use.
We know that the world and industries have environmental awareness that plants working for decades did not have electricity, energy, and lightning have many green and ecological options. When we take on new projects, we think of the next generations, whether establishing new plants or helping older plants transform into greener manufacturers.

Logistic management

We drive your business to success

Keywords: supply chain, operation, material handling, shipping, inventory, packing, warehouse.
Text:
the two most valuable resources are time and land. The human race can never have enough of each.
Excellent logistics management puts together a plan that integrates cutting down on work time and using as little space as possible.
At E.D.O, we help you create the most efficient supply chain: from material purchasing and handling, selecting and adjusting the most suitable ordering system, shipping materials and finished produce (via air, land, or sea) in a secure, countable, and cost-effective fashion, inventory and warehouse operating, and delivery well-packed products to the customer or distributor.

LSS systems

We design and create life-saving systems

Keywords: life, safety, low voltage,
Text:
Though commercial success is what we, at EDO, and our customers and vendors all wish to reach, saving lives while doing it is a wonderful byproduct.
LSS, or life safety systems, are critical in keeping employees and customers and the near surroundings safe. Our LSS planning includes alarms, smoke detectors, water sprinkles, and other fire extinguishing systems in case of a fire. We design building evacuation paths should an earthquake or an accident happen and provide consultation and implement security cameras and access control systems to prevent thefts, trespassing, or any emergency possible.
Each component of the LSS contributes to the plant and business ability to work steadily for an extended time. Periodical maintenance of these systems is also a must to ensure for years to come.
Our utmost intention is to provide you with the means to reach your property’s highest level of protection.
